The Business Development team plays a crucial role in our organization as they are responsible for generating revenue to support and grow the business. On the front lines, they communicate directly with potential clients, help determine who we sell to, and how we sell our products and services.

  • Evangelize and effectively communicate the value of our offering to prospects

  • Background in, or significant experience with capital markets

  • 2-4 years experience in a quota-carrying AE or related role within a sophisticated sales organization

  • Successful track record of exceeding your quota

  • Experience closing consultative deals

  • You’ve demonstrated success in results-driven, fast-paced environments - you’re a winner

  • You thrive in adversity and under pressure, with grit. You hate, and refuse to lose

  • You are very detail-oriented and perceptive

  • You are without question the most persuasive and driven person you know

  • You’re not afraid of uncertainty and love new challenges
