The Business Development team plays a crucial role in our organization as they are responsible for generating revenue to support and grow the business. On the front lines, they communicate directly with potential clients, help determine who we sell to, and how we sell our products and services.

  • A/B test and optimize our outbound efforts

  • Using a blended approach, qualify leads and get them excited about how our offering will provide them value



  • 1-2 years experience in a quota-carrying BDR role

  • You’ve demonstrated success in results-driven, fast-paced environments - you’re a winner

  • You thrive in adversity and under pressure with grit. You hate, and refuse to lose

  • You are very detail-oriented and perceptive

  • Writing powerful, persuasive copy comes second nature to you

  • You are without question the most persuasive and driven person you know

  • You’re not afraid of uncertainty and love new challenges
